Is there to much money in real estate commissions? I mean if I ride around with an agent for 2 weeks is it worth $20,000? Well If I am doing the legwork I wish to get something for it. I found a company that will rebate to me commissions to the buyers agent in excess of $4,995 that is a huge savings for me in some cases I will get back $5,000,$10,000 and $15,000 depending on the commission paid to the buyers agent.
